Coaching sessions must be booked in advance and paid via our approved payment methods.
Prices listed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars) and may include applicable GST where required.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for full rescheduling or refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
No-shows are considered completed sessions and are not refundable.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our coaching services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to deliver transformational results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed under Singapore law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizElevate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
