BizElevate operates as a premium business coaching platform based in Singapore, delivering personalized coaching services to entrepreneurs, executives, and corporate teams through both virtual and in-person formats. Our model is centered on value creation, long-term client engagement, and measurable outcomes.
1. Core Services
We offer three main service tiers, designed to match different stages of professional and organizational development:

Individual Coaching Tailored 1-on-1 sessions for founders, executives, and emerging leaders. Topics include leadership growth, mindset coaching, communication skills, and strategic planning.

Team & Corporate Coaching Facilitation and coaching programs for teams and leadership groups to improve collaboration, performance, and alignment.

Workshops & Masterclasses Thematic, interactive sessions for companies and public participants. Subjects include change leadership, innovation mindset, and emotional intelligence.
Each offering is delivered by certified coaches with strong industry backgrounds, ensuring relevance and depth.
2. Revenue Model
Our revenue is generated through the following streams:

Subscription Plans Monthly or quarterly packages for ongoing coaching engagements, suitable for individuals and businesses.

One-Time Sessions Pay-per-session model for flexible clients or introductory engagements.

Corporate Contracts Custom packages for companies requiring multiple team engagements or long-term coaching programs.

Online Content (Planned) On-demand video lessons, assessments, and resources, available through a future digital library.
All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
3. Booking & Delivery

Coaching sessions are scheduled via our secure booking system.

Sessions are delivered over Zoom or in-person at the client’s premises or co-working spaces in Singapore (by arrangement).

Each client receives a personalized coaching plan after an initial assessment.
4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely online through Stripe and PayNow.

Subscription fees are billed upfront.

For corporate clients, invoices are issued with a 14-day payment term.

All financial transactions comply with Singapore’s Business and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
5. Refund Policy (Singapore Standard)
We believe in building long-term trust with our clients. That’s why we provide a transparent and fair refund policy:
Refund Eligibility

First-time Individual Clients: If unsatisfied after the first session, you may request a 100% refund within 3 calendar days.

Subscriptions: Unused sessions within the current billing period may be refunded pro-rata, provided the request is made before the halfway point of the billing cycle.

Workshops / Events: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. No refunds within 6 days unless cancellation is from our side.
Non-Refundable

Digital resources and downloaded content are non-refundable.

Missed sessions without notice (less than 24 hours) are considered delivered.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
